Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Our goal is your complete satisfaction as a customer. To proceed with the return of an item purchased at the online store, you must contact us no later than 14 working days from receipt of the product. We would appreciate it if you could explain the reason for the return to help us to improve.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the original condition, along with any accessories related thereto and may not be used, washed or damaged. They must keep their original labels, complete original packaging and attach the invoice or a copy of it in case of returning part of the order.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at by email.

Sale items
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.

In the case that the size selected is not right you can change them for another size by contacting us within 14 days following the receipt of your order. The product must be sent to the address that we will provide to you via email.

In Spain (Peninsula) the change of size is free, however for other destinations you will have to organise and pay for the shipment. Once we have received the item for exchange and checked that it complies with the requirements as detailed above, we will send the new pair.

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

To return your product, you should mail your product to the address provided. 
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item contains a manufacturing defect. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of the original shipment will be deducted from your refund. Replacement items for those returned as a result of manufacturing defects will be sent free of charge.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Important note: Until we receive the item it is at your own risk. We recommend that you ship the item by courier or registered post and that you retain proof of sending. The shipping cost is borne by the buyer.
